Aha! Methinks I have a method for putting pictures on your profile, Karissa. Use Hello to post a picture on the Ignaut blog (as you did with this picture), then click on the uploaded picture to view it full-sized. Then, copy and paste the web address into your profile, and voila! Hopefully that should work.

Yes, I'm experiencing the same dilemma, so I'm no help. But it is fun to see icons falling from the sky! :)
