Hilarious darling, simply hilarious. It is 110 in yorba linda right now and its raining and thundering. quite odd. Sarah, dont die in fairfield okay? go stick ur head in the freezer and go to 7 11 for a slurpee. oh baby!
You all seem to have air conditioning. That's what happens to us inside too-well sort of. I guess its only been about 85-90, but it has been really humid (though I must say that sounds way worse in Yorba Linda), and there has been no ocean breeze, so the house stays hot all night long and we wake up to find our house is still 85 degrees and climbing. But today was a bit of a relief.
Yes... but how many people have DIED from the heat where you live? The paper said this morning that there were 22 likely heat related deaths in fresno county this summer.
Man, you guys have no idea what hot is. Try going through hell-week of football practice in mid august in 120 degree heat with oh say 35% humidity with full pads and a helmet on and then complain about your 90-110 degree temperatures.
I was in San Diego not that long ago and everybody there was crying about how it was 85 degrees - dang richies.
Us dang San Diego richies don't afford air conditioning. During that heat wave we just slept in pools of sweat and woke up in the middle of the night to drink. We know it's not that hot outside comparatively, but there is no relief inside. Sure, by day the beach is nice, but you can't sleep at the beach.
Actually most local beaches close at 10, so you couldn't legally camp there. The closest place I know of would be San Clemente, which is over 30 minutes away.

Sure you can. Bring a tent.
